Most sports fans hear about players chasing championship rings all the time. Few in the public know (or care) that championship ring collectors chase these rings all the time too.

Pawn Stars Super Bowl XLI Colts Ring

Those with deep pockets, and perhaps someone who may want to appear on the TV show “Pawn Stars” can acquire a player’s Colts 2006 Super Bowl ring.

The Las Vegas Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, (known as the home to Pawn Stars) is advertising an authentic Super Bowl XLI ring, awarded to defensive lineman Montae Reagor, who played for the Indianapolis Colts from 2003-06.

The Colts beat the Chicago Bears 29-17 that year in the Super Bowl. Unfortunately for Reagor, he missed the second half of the season and the playoffs after suffering a broken orbital bone in a car accident.

The championship ring features, 57 diamonds totaling 2.595 carats. In a highly unusual move, this Super Bowl ring was crafted by Indianapolis local championship ring maker Herff Jones, not Jostens, Balfour, or Tiffany.

Rick, the star of Pawn Stars, and the owner of the Pawn Shop is “asking” $80,000 for the ring but is accepting lower offers.

It appears (according to their website) that the championship ring may be missing it’s wood presentation box. Because Herff Jones made this Super Bowl ring, it is a highly unusual box and may be difficult to find. To see what this wood presentation box looks like, check out my Super Bowl ring gallery. Please remember as always, I buy championship rings. If you would like to sell your championship ring in complete privacy, please contact me.
