Although not player sized, this is a very impressive championship ring that may sell at a really attractive price:

2011 Boston Bruins Stanley Cup Ring

I am not affiliated with this Stanley Cup Ring, or the auction house, I’m just here to blog about the world of championship rings.

Modern Stanley Cup Rings are gorgeous and their designs are breathtaking, and often don’t get the credit they deserve.

Although this 2011 championship ring is a front office version, and is smaller and contains less diamonds than the player’s ring, it’s a beautiful piece.

For those who acquire championship rings as an investment hoping they appreciate in value, this specimen may go for a low price due to the fact that the auction house is not as well known as some of the giant organizations that auction championship rings. And that’s not a knock on Paragon – in fact I pay a lot more attention to their auctions as doesn’t every championship ring buyer want a good deal?

Although smaller, this item is no lightweight – the Bruins championship ring is about 60 grams (according to the auction listing) and is made of 10K solid white gold. The player’s championship ring is made of 14K gold and although not mentioned in the listing, the player’s version is substantially larger and heavier.

Keep in mind 60 Grams is by no means a small ring and will be much more comfortable to wear than a huge player ring.

Another great feature of this championship ring is that it comes with the original wood presentation box.

Please remember as always, I buy championship rings. If you would like to sell your championship ring in complete privacy, please contact me.
